The Nutcracker 2024

We are so excited to present The Nutcracker this year!

Auditions are open to the entire dance community - all talent is welcome to join us for this magical ballet!

Auditions will be held at Flatirons Dance May 15th & 22nd

Audition Times

Ages 4-6         4:30-5:15

Ages 7-10       5:30-6:15

Ages 11-14     6:30-7:30

Ages 15+        7:45-8:45

Please have dancers show up at their specified time slot according to the age they are that day in a black leotard and pink tights with hair in a bun and ballet shoes and/or pointe shoes if applicable.

Dancers cast in Major Character roles will rehearse June and July to learn their featured parts. All cast members will begin group rehearsals the 2nd week of August on Friday evenings through November. (No rehearsal 8/30 for Labor Day Weekend)

Dress Rehearsals and Performances will be held at the Green Center at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden. We are so excited about this venue.
